What is the minimum hardware configuration required for software operation?
The minimum hardware configuration is: win10/Intel Core i7 10th generation/8G RAM/200G hard disk. The software operation has no GPU requirements. For special CT or performance requirements, please contact technical staff.
What point cloud formats does the software support?
The software supports pcd, txt, csv, ply, tiff format point clouds; it is recommended to use pcd, txt, csv format point clouds for faster loading speed. If you have special format image requirements, please contact technical staff.
After connecting the camera, the software cannot capture images, how to resolve?
- Confirm that the camera's own software can successfully capture images
- In AI-Vision's device configuration page, set parameters to match the camera software
- Enable the configuration, refresh connection status, confirm connection status is connected (green checkmark)
- Add image capture tool, select the configured camera, set timeout to 0
- Run the software
After transferring aivs project via WeChat, it cannot be modified after opening, how to resolve?
Reason: WeChat changes text format files to read-only attributes, so the project cannot be modified after opening; there are 2 solutions:
- Compress the aivs file before WeChat transfer;
- Modify the aivs file attributes to read-write in file properties
Does the software support AI algorithms?
AI-Vision currently has no built-in AI algorithms. AI functionality can be achieved by calling external AI models.
When updating the software, how do I get the latest software version?
- Keep in touch with Tianyun Digitization; new versions are posted on the official website as soon as they are released.
- Follow the Tianyun Digitization public WeChat account for update announcements.
- Use the "Check for Updates" button under the Help menu in the software toolbar to get the latest version (requires internet).
